Taliban has presented a 7-point peace proposal that includes a timetable, nationwide conference to change the constitution in Afghanistan to be less centralized and amnesty, as well as integrating Taliban into the Afghan Army, and 2. Mullah Omer brought together Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan and signed a peace agreement between them and Pakistan army, all want to focus on US and NATO
